2021 VIRTUAL WEALTH DAY HIGHLIGHTS
DAY 1: Youth Advocacy Panel and Workshop
March 16th at 3:00PM – 5:00PM
- WEALTH Day is hosting its first youth panel followed by an advocacy workshop. Join to learn how these youth leaders became advocates for the issues most important to them and how you can take action as well.
- Our panelists and workshop leaders are from organizations including Root the Power, the Sunrise Movement, Loud Light, and more! Sign up for the panel here and workshop here.
DAY 2: Farmer Panel on Soil Health
March 17th at 12:00PM – 1:00PM
- In late 2020 the Kansas Rural Center (KRC) conducted a survey on the soil health practices used by farmers in Kansas, as well as their attitudes toward policy initiatives that would support increasing these practices. KRC created a report of the survey results, meant to inform legislators about the opinions and concerns of farmers regarding soil health.
- Hear directly from Farmers, speaking on the information they feel is most important about soil health and what, if anything, Kansas government and others do to promote and preserve healthy soils in our state. Join us here!

March 18th at 12:00PM – 1:30PM
