Evergy is proposing a $35 minimum bill in Kansas. The Kansas Supreme Court ruled they can’t charge a discriminatory fee on solar users so now they want everyone to pay! In addition to negatively impacting current and future solar users, this will affect more than 195,000 non solar users in Kansas
