Voter to Voter Updates

Follow up with your contacts who requested a mail-in ballot by using the VotertoVoter tool! The tool is now being updated daily with the status of advance ballots and voters who have voted early in person.

As a reminder, there are 3 ways to return a mail-in ballot:

  1. Mail it
  2. Drop it off at a polling place within your county
  3. Put it in a dropbox location within your county

Find polling and dropbox locations at KSBALLOT.ORG.

Encourage your contacts to vote early in-person if they haven’t voted or requested a mail-in ballot yet. Although you can request a mail-in ballot until October 27th, timing is tight for the full turnaround through the mail.

Let us know if you have any questions by replying to this email. We hope you can join us for one or more of the events happening this week!

Kansas’ largest utility monopoly, Evergy, is proposing a rate increase for nearly 1 million Kansas customers. The proposed rate increase would be one of the largest in the company’s history, hiking Kansas Central customers’ bills by more than $170 per year. Kansas City area Metro customers will see an additional $42 per year.
