Your Voice Matters – Solar Q&A
Are there solar installation assistance programs for low-income Kansans? I live in Lawrence, Kansas.
A: Kansas does not currently have a solar assistance program, we hope that will change in the near future. To help curb energy costs Kansas does have weatherization financial assistance available to income eligible Kansans. If you haven’t already weatherized your home you might consider these low income program options to reduce energy consumption. The two options in Lawrence are through ECKAN and the city of Lawrence.
