Climate + Energy Voters Take Action Seeks Volunteer Ambassadors for Voter Outreach

The Climate + Energy Project is trying something new, and we need your help—actually, we need help from you and thousands of other Kansans. But for now we’re starting with you.

As part of our Climate + Energy Voters Take Action project, CEP is looking for volunteer ambassadors to help encourage greater voter participation and civic engagement in Kansas.

In this role, volunteer ambassadors will connect with at least 10 of their friends, family, and co-workers and engage with them about the importance of voting and being involved in policy decisions that affect their lives and the future of Kansas. Click here for more information about being an ambassador.

These volunteers will receive training from CEP staff and have access to a network of other ambassadors across the state. This ongoing project aims to build on the statewide network of environmental advocacy groups and community leaders focused on climate and energy solutions to create and sustain a community of active, engaged voters.

Watch the video below to hear more about this ongoing project from Sarah Dehart Faltico and Zack Pistora of CEP.
