PROJECTS

Some of CEP's ongoing efforts to promote energy efficiency and renewable energy have developed into special projects. These projects, created and managed by CEP, bring together diverse groups of people to address key areas of interest and action from within CEP's overall mission.
  • Heartland Alliance for Regional Transmission (HART): An alliance of local and national stakeholders that provides objective information, ongoing conversation, and regional outreach regarding energy generation and transmission.
  • Take Charge! Challenge: An exciting energy completion that brings together local and regional organizations to learn about and take steps toward greater energy efficiency. (Visit the website to learn more!)
  • Water + Energy Progress: A statewide initiative that identifies and celebrates innovative farmers and ranchers who are saving water and energy.Visit the website to learn more!)
