WE DECLARE OUR COMMITMENT TO A HEALTHIER FUTURE FOR ALL!

Over 400 Kansans and 29 organizations have signed the Kansas Climate + Health Declaration. We stand together with leading public health organizations to make a clear call to our state’s leadership to address climate change as a primary threat to public health. Have you signed?

We're pleased to announce the City of Lawrence as our first municipal signer! To see the full list of organizational signers and their statements of support, visit ResilientKansas.org.

We need to reduce risks of climate disruption to safeguard the future of our state. Join the movement to urge bold, comprehensive action to reduce emissions and build resilience.

The Climate + Energy Project is collecting "Visions of a Resilient Kansas” to amplify voices of Kansans across the state.  These Visions will be displayed at WEALTH Day to reflect Kansas’ hopes for resilient communities. Help envision a brighter future for a healthy and resilient Kansas!

Read some of the Visions we've collected.

Share your vision along with a picture of yourself to be added to the display at Kansas WEALTH Day.

Kansas Environmental Leadership

Since 2016, the Climate + Energy Project has empowered over 100 current and aspiring environmental leaders through trainings at the Kansas Leadership Center.

CEP received a KLC Leadership Transformation Grant for 2020, so we can offer scholarships for an additional 40 environmental partners to attend trainings at the Kansas Leadership Center!
